“A great priced hotel in a fantastic location in Newquay. Booking here is great as they include free car parking on site which is a must for me as a lot of places around Newquay have none where you need to find a carpark to park your car . Less than 5 minutes walk to town centre and same to the beaches . We alway book bed and breakfast , rooms are a nice size with plenty of storage space for clothes , bathroom is modern and cleaned to a very high standard . The rooms are a little tired but very clean , a maid cleans them every morning and changes your towel if need be . Food is excellent , a very good breakfast menu with tea , coffee and juices to choose from. A well stocked bar with tv’s around to watch any sports that are on. I’ve booked this hotel 2 years running and can’t see anything stopping me booking it again . The photos of the room is not on arrival but as we are leaving just so you know”

“I stayed here for a couple of nights in May 2026. This hotel is a great lower cost option for accommodation within Newquay, due to its location, quality of the room and the ease of the stay. The double rooms are spacious for a small getaway they have a good size bathroom for two and the bed is more than good enough for a good nights sleep. I would 100% stay here again. The staff are friendly and really easy to talk to. For instance, my partner and I were able to leave our key with the landlord at the front desk while we went surfing. They are more than happy to accommodate. This hotel also has a really nice bar and kitchen underneath the hotel floor. Its location on the lower end of the high street (great western) means it’s walking distance for all of Newquay’s main streets and areas.”
